CLOSED: What is this bug on very young Olive Tree

Hi,

Can someone help me ID these bugs that are attached to the stem, and to a lesser extent to the underside of the leaves of my very young (2 gallon) Arbequina Olive Tree. The are completely fixed in place but can be easily removed with fingers.

They're scale insects, probably Black Scale, a.k.a. Saissetia oleae.
