Nevermind that I planted SIX zucchini plants (what was I thinking??)........
The folks at work are now avoiding me when they see me walking around with my brown paper bag!
And it's only the beginning of the growing season.......
Would appreciate some good recipes, both cooking and baking.
Also some info regarding storage. Can I freeze for cooking/baking later, etc?
