Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

Grand Cru was a gift from a friend and is always so bright and happy looking. The rain is making me happy this morning!

Here is 'Tropical Breeze'. It is one of those dot-comish things. It's tough to capture the true color, but it is very pretty.

Here are some pixie-ish looking blooms, unknowns from the Iowa Round Up.

Both are very pretty. The dot ones are growing on me. May have to order a few this fall if I can find any room.

Ahhhhhh, but there's always room for a lily, right? Or two or three or twenty..... Lincoln, your lilies are quite smashing.

Uh, Mags... room for another lily? You don't understand ~ lincolnitess doesn't have even a single blade of grass as it is! I keep telling her she needs to bulldoze the house and move in to her little garage. ;)

Pretty ~ is it an Easter lily?

Mona Lisa - dwarf Oriental - in same pot 2 or 3 years, obviously losing vigor.

Give that baby some juice!

Yes Moby it is an Easter Lily. My church was going to throw them a way and a snatched them up last year. I had no idea that they smelled so good.

That's a great way to populate your garden ~ with other people's cast-offs. After Mother's Day, I watch for discarded pots with tulips, hyacinths, etc..
