CLOSED: growing on my blueberry bushes

I found these on my some of my blueberry bushes. Not sure if they insect or fungal related. Any help would be greatly appreciated!!

They appear to be fungal related. I would remove all of them with pruners if possible and this fall apply a dormant oil spray. That will control both insects and fungus.

Looks like an insect gall to me. Here's more info - the insect gall is near the bottom....
