CLOSED: What is this bug/spider?

Freeport, IL

Last fall I snapped a few photos on a walk in our neighborhood. I noticed the yellow/black bug, but it wasn't until I'd downloaded the photos on my computer that I noticed the spider.
Wondering what they are? --- Someone mentioned the spider may be a fiddleback, but I know nothing about either the bug or spider.
Thanks in advance!

ChefzMom,
Your yellow/black bug is a moth, the Ailanthus Webworm Moth ( Atteva punctella): http://bugguide.net/node/view/430
Can we have your picture on our BugFiles page: http://davesgarden.com/bf/go/908/

The spider is one of the Crab Spiders or Flower Spiders in the familyThomisidae. It looks to me like Misumenops celer: http://bugguide.net/node/view/25892
