These insects are very tiny; tiny enough that many of them have been blowing in through the window screen for the past 2 weeks. All of them are white, about the same size, and appear dead already. They are extremely light; the slightest breeze will send them flying. There are two sides of the house with windows- the front side and back side. They blow in only from the back side, where there are trees outside (there are no trees outside the front). Because of this, I think the insects may be from the trees. Does anyone know what these are?

They might be shedded exoskeletins. Do they look hollow?
X
Because of the size, I couldn't tell if they look hollow. These pictures that I took and cropped at 100x are the closest and clearest that I've been able to see them. But I think you may be right... it makes sense.
