The blooms are on my roses that also have thrips. I hope they are good bugs and are here to eat thrips. They remind me of lightening bugs without lights. Can anyone help ID these for me ?

Thank you Kennedy for your fast response and ID. These beetles are all over my garden. I am happy they are good ones. Now I am going to try and drown those thrips with water. The beetles will fly so it will not harm them.
