Here's a thread I started on this plant: http://davesgarden.com/forums/t/729875/

This is a cross of a Hippeastrum x Sprekelia formosissima hybridized by Udai Pradhan back in the 60s. I can create the entry and add a picture but I need "x Hippeastrelia" to be added to the valid genus list in PlantFiles.
