CLOSED: Beautiful spanish insect

Stockholm, Sweden

Can anyone name this insect, which I beleive belongs to the Vespidae family?
It's beautiful and it comes for that blue flower which is the Morning Glory.
This insect is totally black with it's strong 4 yellow dots and orange face. It's between 3cm and 6cm long.

Can also be seen here.

Lovely picture of your wasp.
Would you please add it to our BugFiles entry here: http://davesgarden.com/bf/go/2260/

It's been added, but, it does not look like any other I have found on the net. All others seem to have a black head while this one actually has a kind of orange head. I will post a picture from the front if and when I get one.

LOVE your Ipomoea indica.
Does your plant produce seeds?

Thanks,
Emma
