And the milkweed's cuddling up to his new brother Sun Coleus. :-)

I was in the garden from 5 this morning to 6 this evening.

This is our first year to grown moonflowers. There's something serene and magical about them. I *love* them! Are they perennial in zone 8a, does anyone know? I had assumed an annual, but then I overheard someone saying hers were perennial.

I have grown two kinds. They both seem to be called moonflower. One is a vine and I have had experience with it as an annual. The other is more like a small bush...dies to the ground every frost and comes back larger each spring and blooms its head off.

Mmm - love all the peachy colors....!
