Will this plant grow from seed? Thank you.
Sedum, Autumn Joy
A slip will easily root in water.
The flowerheads have such large flowers, so I have always wondered if the seeds therein would produce.
I sprinkled them one winter when I removed the seed heads....I did have 1 or 2 come up in the spring.
Thanks to you both. I have tossed a few but never saw anything come up, but it doesn't hurt to try.

Just take a stalk and stick it in the ground. It roots very easily. No need to bother with seeds.
Thanks, I enjoy all the succulents and most are easy to root, but when the Autumn Joy turn brown, those large flower heads just beg, oh, please plant me, please plant me. :) All my seeds eventually end up tossed into a bed as we never know what might result. It's a challenge here getting anything to grow in black gumbo even with raised beds and mulching, so I never throw a seed away.
