I found this on the plants that grow in the pond. It can make itself straight: imagine us holding palms, arms stretched above our heads, feet together. It probably does this to 'hide' itself to resemble a stick or a twig or to squeeze in or to merge with the background, to escape notice.
CLOSED: Yet another spider to be known
dinu, that looks like one of the Long-jawed Spiders of the family Tetragnathidae. It could well be in the genus Tetragnatha, but I have been unable to find a close match
