I got a closeup of this because I was thinking of trying to pollinate Something... but, I don't know if the pollen is good, if it dries up, can it still be used? I think because it is torn, that is why it dried up or appears brown.. can I still try on something like that? Although, the flower already collapsed, it may be too late anyway.

The white powdery pollen needs to get dusted onto the tip of the white tube sticking out of the middle. If it is still the same day it isn`t to late. I have pollinated flowers where I removed the pollen the day before,tied it up and now here it was 3:00 in the afternoon being forgotten. I went ahead and found another tied flower and stole some pollen from that one and went ahead and pollinated the late flower. It took so the same day it is not to late to give it a try.
