I got a quick shot of this guy tonight on the concrete driveway as I walked the dog a few minutes ago. I take my camera in case of a good shot....I snapped this, and then tried to capture it for a better 'set up' shot after I cooled his heels in the fridge for a bit, but he flew off over the house before I could scoop him up.

It's not the best image, and I'll be on the lookout for another...but anyone got any ideas????

edited to add it's about an inch long

That's my first choice too...I couldn't get bugguide to bring these images up last night...found some on another site, but they weren't as good.

Pretty little moth...and the habitat is correct too...
