I would like to buy some trees for our Union City Parks and Medians. Union city is between Oakland and San Jose
I'm looking for the following trees.
1. Tipu
2. Chorisia
3. Calodendrum
4. Chinese Fringe
5. Brachychiton acerfolius
6. Paulownia
7. Jacaranda
Tropical Flowering tree needs
Are you donating them? Did someone give you this list of trees or did you create it yourself? I'd watch out for that Paulownia. I don't believe it to be appropriate to plant that. You might want to do a quick search on it and see if it still interests you. It's on the Fed invasive species list.
Are you looking for sources? Advice on which ones will work well? I agree with Equil, I would not plant Paulownia, it's a nasty weedy tree. I don't know if it's as big of a problem here as it is in other parts of the country, but I would stay away from it. I also think many of the things on your list are going to be a bit borderline for hardiness. If you were planting street trees in San Diego then you'd be in good shape, but it's a little colder here and while most of those will make it through mild winters, a hard winter will probably kill or damage all but the Chinese Fringe and the Paulownia, Jacaranda may be OK but I know some people in SoCal that lost theirs or at least suffered pretty severe damage during the freeze this winter. For street trees you usually want something that's going to be rock-solid on hardiness so that they always look great, rather than ending up with branch dieback and things like that due to cold weather. I would recommend driving around some of the other cities near you and see what types of trees they are using for street trees, that should give you a better idea what will do well near you.

Up at the top of this page there are tabs. One of the tabs is called PlantScout. Click on that and add the name of the plant you want and a list of nurseries offering it for sale will appear.
I did it for you for Brachychiton acerfolius

It's best to use the full binomial when looking for plants to buy. For Paulownia you would enter Paulownia tomentosa. I'm sure there are many nurseries out there willing and ready to sell that plant.
I wouldn't plant Paulownia tomentosa especially in a park. Fast growing trees are not really a good idea most of the time. I would take a look at http://davesgarden.com/pf/go/772/
Go take a look at some of the street trees planted in Fremont to see what not to plant. The city has had to remove buckled asphalt or cement and scrape the top layer of roots from median trees because the streets were beginning to feel like roller-coaster rides.
