I need help! My neighbour put his fence right on the property line and his horses are destroying everything they can reach over, under and through the boards for three feet inside my property. They just got in a new boarder and it destroyed 35 raspberry and blackberry plants in two days. I have very limited space and need utilize every bit of my yard . Is there something I can spray on my plants, trees and bushes to keep the horses away. (Don't tell me to talk with my neighbour, believe me we have tried... and zoning... and animal control... and the local law enforcement) Thanks to anyone with ideas.
