The picture is very difficult to see. A stab in the dark, so to speak, is it's possibly a mock orange. It's really hard to tell. If you get a better picture, post it on the Plant ID forum...I've had plants get an ID in 24 to 48 hrs.

Yellowing Night Blooming Jasmine
Well, I'd like to report that the original NBJ that I was having trouble with has grown rather large and is in full bloom! And my husband has fallen in love with it LOL. He brings it closer to the back porch at night so he can smell it. I'm going to try to overwinter it indoors.
I'm so happy for you! I've had two going on my deck since spring and though they look healthy enough I saw NO evidence of buds and was getting impatient so I started watering them with "bloom busters" and sure enough buds have appeared. It won't bloom tonight but tomorrow or the next day I'm spending the evening on my deck ..... with a glass of wine.
Ahhh...so funny to see everyone resorting to the "bloom busters"...me too!!! Hoping for some buds before it's time to dig it up and bring it in until spring!!
Okay, I give up. What is "bloom busters?"
Wrightie.....missed you today!!!! Various makers including MG have ferts called Bloom Booster (my bad - typo) - with 15-30-15
Don't think they'd make very much money off a fertilizer called Bloom Buster! LOL
LOL - bet you're right!!!
I just looked at your photos - you're pretty handy with a camera! I'm impressed.
Okay, I'll google the Bloom NotBuster. Tanks.
EEEK! lol, I forgot to say ... I've been sulking all day for missing the swap. }:>(
But I at least managed to talk DH into transplanting some plants in my front bed, so it wasn't a completely wasted sorta day.
Thank you but all I do is push the button....
Bwah ...... my bad, I think I was the first to use the Bloom "buster" term. Obviously (?) I meant "booster". True, NOT a good typo!
At least now I am seeing lots of little buds so hopefully I will be in a state of fragrance overload within the next few days. :)
zville123, did your NBJ make it? If not let me know and I can send you a healthy rooted plant. I have several that are rooted and a couple of them bloomed this year. My plant is 15 feet tall and covered with blooms. It is right outside my garage door and the smell is wonderful. Elaine
The first NBJ that I received is thriving and blooming. That's thanks to the great suggestions I received to remedy the yellowing of the leaves. The replacement NBJ that was sent...well, I dropped the pot and the main branch broke off...oops! So, I planted it and stuck the branch in the ground next to it. Both are alive and growing. Neither has blooms yet.
