What type are they, Ginger? The two on the left have blue napes, but the others don't. Different species or male and female?

All those so far are males .
The ones with blue napes are Adults .

Seriously, I've not seen parrots before that change color with age, though our backyard birds certainly do, so I shouldn't find it surprising that yours do, too.

Oh my word! That's sort of sick. That's the type of humor I have to deal with around here all the time! It is so hard to not laugh when I hear jokes like that. I try to maintain my composure, but there is no way I can help myself from busting out laughing. I'll have to shock my kids and lay that one on them tonight at dinner when their mouths are full.
