Finally I managed to get closer after weeks of wait. I have been wondering which this could be.

I think that this one is probably Bradinopyga geminata known variously as the Indian Wall Dragonfly, Granite Ghost or Indian Rockdweller:

Thanks Kennedy. It is the one. It's favourite spot is the rocks and walls and I have surely noticed it's resting behaviour. Look at this one. I have one more picture where this has neatly camouflaged with the wall. Had posted it in photos forum if you have come across it.
