I recently ordered several plants from this company. They notified me that the plants were enroute to my home. However the plants were delivered and then stolen off my porch. The mailman did not leave them in a secure place as they were supposed to. When I contacted the post office they basically said it was my problem. I then contacted Big Dipper and they were so helpful. I can not say enough good things about how this company stands behind their products. They also carry very different kinds of plants. Thanks again Big Dipper and also a special thanks to Deidre who works in the office there. They replaced all the plants
