Anyone have some advice on
1) When to collect? When the flower turns brown the base is still very green.
2) What the seeds look like?
Many thanks,
Ruth

Not all my Capanulas produce seed, but those that do all have a more or less bell-shaped bit behind the flower that swells and goes pale brownish/whitish. When the seed's ripe, holes open in the top of the bell, which is handy, as it doesn't all fall out before you get to it. The seeds are usually light brown, flat and oval.
That's so clear, Mary, thanks a bunch. I'll look for little holes. I see it's a bell shape behind the flower.
