I have grown mg's for a few years now. But this spring i have found lots of seedlings outside under where i grew Mg Split personality.
Now in the UK self sown seed doesn't normally make the winter, this winter has been mild, but still!
My question is "does this variety take the cold better? "
Has anyone else in the uk found self sown Mg this year? If so should we be concerned about them becoming a weed? (even though there pretty)
Thanks for any comments
Mike
Self seeding in the UK
In CA I was in the same zone and they did reseed every year. I guess they can be a pest if you don't like them. The only time I pulled them out was when they grew in the cactus. Wait to see how many you get before you decide to cull them. You may be able to tell how invasive they are by waiting, (not too long, pull before they go to seed).
Yeah thats true... More in shock that they did actually come up! Was it shock horror or joy?!??
