Okay I know it is off topic so forgive me, but i am considering puting my spices (salt pepper garlic powder and bacon grease in with the green beans this year when I can. Will the bean just keep absorbing the spice and become to potent. Just tyring to make the preparation at supper time easier and everyone know green beans are always better the second day after the seasoning has gone through them. Any ideas or has anyine tried this????
