i have had one for two years and am wondering how quickly they grow. This one doesnt seem to be growing very fast.

About 20-30cm/year, maybe up to 40cm/year when fully established.

Is it a grafted plant that still thinks it is a branch, rather than a tree that should be growing erect? (this is a common problem with grafted cedars).
