We just had a hard freeze last weekend but the weeping cherry leaves look as if they are dying. Do you think this is an effect of the freeze? We also put mulch down on Monday but I do not have it up against the bark. It has also rained here so much this past week as well. If anyone knows.....please let me know. And is there anything that I can do?
