Beth did you buy it as a plant or seeds? i had one last year and the neighbors dog got it and i have been trying to replace it since.

I guess you could call it a cousin, it is an MG relative. I get two small plants that were propagated by cuttings from a local nursery. Many times these are self-infertile and don't set seeds. I hope to have cuttings available to anyone interested later in the summer if they do well.

Paul - the Convolvulus genus is in the MG family...and Convolvulus cneorum is a perennial that is a non-twining bush form as can be seen in Beths photo and in the PlantFiles here

These are really neat, they use alot of these in the mediums in Southern Cal, before I left I had just transplanted a couple in the yard, very drought tolerant, but did not get to see them bloom. Beth that is just gorgeous.
