CLOSED: How do I treat this? and what am I ?

I have some brugs do to go out for postage on Monday and just discovered they have little buggies on them.

Can anyone tell me what they are?

and how to treat?

Looks like whitefly, do they fly off when you disturb them?

Unless they move, I'd say the white things are the shed skins of those plump, well-fed aphids on the left. Do a search for aphid control, there's lots of things you can do. If you're sending cuttings you can rinse them off. Soapy water will kill them, diatomaceous earth, ladybird beetles/lady bugs, etc.
I haven't sent plants to people so I don't know, maybe there's other things you could do. I get them on a few plants every year and don't worry about it too much, just petunias or what have you. I use the safer-soap and a week later they're back, but no biggie so far.
