I thought it was fun. Lots of very excited and enthusiastic people, food, games, music, talks, raffles, and..... SUPERMARKET SWEEP! (15 minutes of totally free shopping!!) Now how can you pass that up? Friday is a preview day, above activities are on Saturday and Sunday.

Sounds like fun but it will be too crowded for me. I hate standing in line. I am too old to wait for anything. LOL.

I'm not sure if I'm going or not--if I do it would probably be pretty early in the morning and I wouldn't stay too long--I hate traffic so if I head up that direction I always go early and make sure I head back home by 11ish so that I don't get stuck in all the Bay Bridge traffic.

Are the plants on sale during the spring party like they are during the fall one? If they are that could be enough incentive to face the crowds (I'm not a huge fan of crowds and waiting in line either!)
