Discovered these guys this morning...what is it and what do I need to do? I counted 4 different ones. A few days prior, I noticed that some of my new leaves are curled. What's going on?

CLOSED: invading my pear tree
It's a Spotted Cucumber Beetle, Diabrotica undecimpunctata probably.

I don't know if the Cucumber Beetles cause the leaves to curl (it wouldn't surprise me) but it might be caused by another insect or disease, and the Beetles are taking advantage of the tree's weakened state. The Spotted Cuke Beetles do carry and transmit bacterial diseases to trees and plants, possibly fungus and viral disease too.
