Red Oak, NC(Zone 7b)

Wvdaisy,

I don't know of anywhere else. I use this one.

I can also tell you what I know (uhh...let's call it "limited") about the plants if you can't find any good descriptions. Just ask...

You can also find lots of pictures on these web sites: Violet Gallery, Lyndon Lyon African Violets, and Rob's Violet Barn. Not so many on the Velvet Leaf and Bluebird Greenhouse sites. They show pictures and descriptions of what they sell, but have a broad base to use for reference. If I can't find a picture in one place, I usually can find it in another.

St Joseph, IL(Zone 5b)

Please include me if I haven't asked already.
Thanks.

Thanks, Jacki. For now can you tell me which are mini, semi, and standard. Most of the info I'm finding doesn't include that. I already know the answer to 6, 7, 15, 17, 19, and 22. Thank you.

This sounds like fun. I got my card in too. I'm just learning about AV's. I never knew there were so many different kinds.

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

Okay, I found some information that Allison send me when she sent me my first gift box and I've put that in. Plus just some basic info on the others. Hopes this helps get everyone's juices going :)

If I could find my d**** usb cable I could show you a couple in bloom. Still looking...

Late again but sent my card in.

Spokane, WA(Zone 5b)

Okay all...no time like the present. You have the rest of the evening to turn in your card...offically midnight tonight! I'll check with threegardners to make sure she has had a chance to send out all confirmation emails before I make the first call :)

It's not too late now so turn them in!!! Anyone who doesn't know how to play, just pick 15 of the above list and dmail them to http://davesgarden.com/members/threegardeners/
Then, beginning tomorrow (on a new thread which I am about to start in about 5 minutes) I will "call" (post) a name on the list. If you have that plant on your list, cross it off. When you crossed off the final name, you hurry and post the word Bingo! Then threegardeners will double check your card and you get a prize listed above...easy peasy!! LOL

Gonna start the new thread now.

Do you call just one plant name per day?
