Grew up in Shields (up the road from you), lived in Sag twp, moved to Wixom lake (Beaverton), now on Wiggins lake (Gladwin). Wixom got too busy for me! I like the here better, more quiet. Lots of people from Saginaw and Baycity in this area. You never know how noisy and stressful the city is until you move. It was a culture shock for a couple years, now it is in my blood.
I love where I live on sanford lake very tight neaborhood very quiet all I hear are birds and silence love the country.

Nice isn't it? I feel my blood pressure go up....as I travel south. That never happened until living up here. LOL
cparts I get sick just having to go to Midland. So you know I don't go in to a big CITY unless I realy have to.

Hahahaahaaa, I never thought of Saginaw as a big city until moving. Always lived in the country there, but even that is city now. After a couple years, you find ways NOT to go to the city.
I love to shop in Gladwin.
