I have had people tell me to let them dry out and them pick them just like you would the purple coneflower but when I tried this there were no seeds just dried dead flowers...what am I doing wrong?

Mum Seeds
Good question, I have received several trades that say mums but they just look like the dried up flower head so I am interested as well.
