Rio Rico, AZ(Zone 8a)

Hi ya'll, got a serious problem I'm hoping you can help with. My ficus benjamina has a strange bug that is causing the leaves to curl and change color....it seems to be eggs on the edge of the leaves, followed by a cream colored larvae that curls the leaves and the bug is black and looks like a super tiny scorpion or something.....any ideas? And what can I do to get rid of them?

Try doing an image search for Thrips... maybe? Look at this page, the picture on the lower right:

You got it! I just looked at your link, and received a phone call also suggesting thrips. Thanks for the help.
