No hurry, NY. I have so much now that I need to plant and fertilize and beds to clean out, it's really overwhelming. DH has been helping me alot, but there's just so much to do. And we've had alot of rain here all of a sudden. It's great to have rain when you're in a droubt, but it sure makes it hard to plant stuff. We enlarged one of the beds and now there's a big empty space about 4 x 8 feet with nothing but mulch. And the plants are in the garage.:(

Marylyn, These are the ones I like. I like Edge of Heaven it is a light color with a yellow ruffed edge and halo, I would love Midnight Raider and Rue
Madelaine but would take either one or both. I love the near blacks. Mama's Cherry Pie $5 I love the pinks it is DGDs loves pink. Classic Edge $7 is a beautiful purple with halo and outline.

Anita, I just looked at your journal. Do you really have all those daylilies? No wonder you don't have anything else listed in your journal. If I had all those I wouldn't have any room for anything else in my yard, including my house.:) Do you have evergreen DL? It's very nice of you to offer. Which ones are you dividing?
A DF is a double fan, Yes, I really do have all of them,(may have lost some to winter) over on Garden web is my master list of all the plants I grow, I am not sure of what ones I am going to be dividing this year, I belong to a few Daylily trade groups that I have shared several with in the past few years, so I know many of them are way to small to touch for a few years, well gotta go my Co-op boxes out, talk to you later, :)Anita
Wow, I doubt that I'll be passing through NY anytime soon, since I rarely travel, but I would very much like to see your garden when it's not freezing cold. I really appreciate the offer of Pandoras Box. If you can tell me which ones you are dividing that would narrow down the list some.:) Is there anything I can to you. Most of my plants are listed in my journal. I also have a list for the RU coming up this month. There maybe some there that are not in my journal.

Thanks very much Marilyn. I'm hoping to be able to go. I'll know in another week if I have to restart I.V. chemo. If I do, I'll have to miss it. I wonder if they'd let me postpone the chemo start until after the daylilies event??? Hmmm, bet they've never had that request before!
Crowelli, I'm sorry you're in a position to have to ask that question. But the fact that you want to ask that question is a sign that you have a sense of humor about it, which is a very good thing. If I were you, I would go ahead and ask. Your dr might need a laugh too.:)

I am going to have oral surgery on Friday May 11th--I was lucky enough to shatter a bridge the night before TAKS testing began. I will not be able to make it. I asked Marylin if she could cover NYVOICES request--since that's the only one I was aware I was supposed to pick up.
I'm sorry you can't come, Debbie. I'll do my best to get some nice plants for everyone. I'll let you know how I did Saturday morning. :-)
Dmj, sorry about your teeth. I'm probably going to have a tooth pulled in about a week too. Maybe more than one. I think all my root canals are leaking.:(

Sandy, I'm taking antibiotics now for an abscess on one of my molars. I am sure it will be pulled soon. I have a hunch that all my root canal teeth are leaking and need to be pulled.

Thanks NYvoice. But after a conversation with SIL last night I put was able to put things in perspective. She just found out she has 2 kinds of breast cancer. I think I would rather have leaky root canals. There's a definite cure for that.:)
I'm back! He had a lot of plants again this year, so it wasn't a mad rush. Still, a lot of the named plants were gone before I could get to them. I got there at 6:35 (the sale started at 7:00) and was the 4th car in front of the house. There were about 20 people waiting in the driveway when the owner dropped the tape and let us in. One family drove all the way from Louisiana for this!
Here is what I have:

Thanks, Nery. It was fun! It would have been even more fun if you and/or Debbie could have come, though. :-) I couldn't stay out and play for long afterwards, though, cuz Charles had to be at work at 9, so I had to be home by 8:30. I went garage-sale-ing on my way home, hoping to find some clothes for my bunnies, but didn't hit any good ones. Oh, well. :-)
