frost damage to new buds?

I'm wondering if I need to worry about the new bud break on my trees....Kwanzan Cherry, Eastern Redbud, Forrest Pansy Redbud....They were just taking off really good and it's frosted a little the last two nights. Will they be okay?

Look out for black edges to the leaves. If they are killed off completely, the tree will usually produce a new set from dormant buds, so it is not usually a long-term problem. You may lose the years' flowers though as these are not replaced.

PS spellckeck: Kanzan ("kwanzan" is a common error in the nursery trade)
