Black Lilies... anyone?

Fort Myers, FL(Zone 10a)

I have been looking.. for all kinds of black.. or near black.. I'm doing a Gothic Garden and would love to find some.. I love the calla ones..

If anyone could help me find some.. I would be thrilled! any black lilies would do!

Lincoln, NE(Zone 5b)

There are no truly black lilies, but some that are a very dark red. Several names begin with 'black' http://www.lilynook.mb.ca/library/library-Asiatics-B.htm There is also Sun God http://www.lilynook.mb.ca/images/Asiatics/Sun%20God.jpg and this is Summer Night.

Hope you can find something that suits you and your garden.

Try this one. I haven't grown it though. http://farawayflowers.vstore.ca/product_info.php/pName/ebony/cName/asiatic

Here is one that is really dark. One of my friends grows it and loves it, it's called Landini http://www.veseys.com/ca/en/images/products/thumb/3661.jpg

"Ebony" looks darker to me than "Landini". I ordered it from Faraway Flowers too. I'm hoping it looks like that black tulip "Queen of the Night". It looks just smashing with pinks! So "Ebony" will have some nice "pink neighbors".

Oh...duh! How could I have forgotten Landini and Ebony? Just ordered them myself. :)

A new one is called 'The Zone' Very black. For martagons, Black Prince is truly TDF. You might find these at
