I'm still fairly new here, and this is something I don't normally ask of anyone...but
My son's sitter's daughter Brittany is only 8 and had to undergo a very serious surgery last week. The poor kid still isn't eating, and can barely keep fluids down. Things do not look so good. I would like to ask for your prayers for this child. Her mother and brothers and sisters are like family to us - I know the heartache of losing a child, and I wouldn't want anyone else to feel that. She is a special little girl who deserves to grow up and get her driver's license...go to the prom....bring home that special guy to meet mom and dad...have children of her own...
Thanks...
Bucky
Odd Request...for me anyways...
Believe me, Britany is now having silent prayers from around the world. God Bless
Bucky... Prayers in progress!
Brittnay will be in all our prayers!!!
Bucky, this child Brittany, and her family will be on our prayer list, as well as their tender caring friend.

Lots of us here at Dave's Garden will be praying for her too.
I'm praying too. Keep us updated!!
This is a request I will be answering right away! Thankyou for letting us know about her situation!
We will keep the family in our prayers, Keep us posted.
Thank you so much!
This means alot to me. I'm not normally the type to ask for prayers - but sometimes circumstance dictates otherwise.
The last time I saw Miss Brittany, she just HAD to show me her new "dangly" earrings. She was bouncing around (like kids do!) and chattering away, you'd never think there was anything wrong with her.
I am sure I'll hear some good news when I talk to her mom tonight.
Hugs and Lemonade for everyone
Bucky
Bucky, I'll add her to our churches prayer list.

All our thoughts and prayers from here as well. One thing that I always have plenty of...and that is prayer and always lots to go around for those that need it and also for those that feel they don't need it. Prayer is the one thing that is not hard to come by here.
All My Best

Brittany came home from the hospital yesterday. She is doing much much better, hobbling around the house a bit and arguing with her brother and sisters- so things are pretty much back to normal. She still has to use a catheter, which she says is "icky". But in general, the outlook is good. I am still not sure exactly what sort of surgery she had, only that it was something to do with her kidneys.
Thank you again for your prayers. It makes me smile to think of the hundreds of people who were praying for this little girl. It makes me smile even more to know it worked.
wipin' away a tear....
