CLOSED: Which is this beautiful yellow wasp?

It was one and half inches long. Caught images from close range while it was hovering on my jatropha flowers. Please help me identify this insect.

Not the exact wasp as yours; but is most closely resembling - appears to be one of the Potter (or Mason) wasps > http://bugguide.net/node/view/60103 .. See what you think.

Yours, is certainly a beauty of a specimen tho' ...

Thanks Magpye, that will give some clue. Yes, it may be one of those potters. A couple of pictures have come out beautiful and will post them later.
