These are all such great pictures. Forgive me for uploading my ONLY Bald Eagle shot AGAIN. I still get a thrill when I remember looking skyward that day and getting this one opportunity of a lifetime shot as he soared over my home.....I did see him once again, but further away.

Boy oh boy, do I ever understand - hope you get to see him again!!! Isn't that wing span just incredible? Nice shot!

When I saw this bird coming,I knew it was something different that I have ever seen before, but it wasn't till I looked at it on the camera screen that I was sure what I had captured. I had the camera on full zoom and just prayed it would focus properly. I knew I had time for only one shot. When I saw him again a month or so later, he was way west of my home and flying rather than soaring, so no chance for a shot.
