Yoshino cherry seedling

Atmore, AL(Zone 8b)

I thought I had asked about this before I but looked and can't find it. Anyways, two years ago I bought a Yoshino cherry off of e-bay and when I received it I noticed there was no graft mark. I'm assuming it is a seed grown tree. What can I expect out of a seedling Yoshino cherry? It hasn't really grown much, probably because it was bare-root and we had a drought last year.

Es,

it could have been grown from a rooted cutting. It seems that there are those who do. http://www.ubcbotanicalgarden.org/forums/showthread.php?t=9146 Scroll down towards the bottom of conversation. If so, you may have a consistent plant.

Hmm,

I linked to a Cryptomeria reference. Dirr lists it as rootable so I suppose that it could still be a cutting.
