Missing year entry in journal

In access to all items in my journal I don't get the year on the date, please look at Post #3169640 if you can help me with this, Dave, Ecane3, anyone ? Thanks, Patti

You'll have to wait for Dave on this one--not sure why things are different when you access all items rather than individual categories, but it does the same thing in my journal so it's just the way the program is right now.

ecrane3, I knew that I could count on you would have some news. Thanks, I will be patient. I like sorting things by date at times as it puts everything I ordered on a particular date together. I am still plugging along cleaning up and adding to my garden journals. I now wish besides having created a journal by source and a second by beds that I create a third on that is by genus. That way I could print out just a particular genus. I also wish I could figure out a way to print a simple list that included just genus and cultivar from the journal. That would be sweet when going to nurseries and reading garden catalogs as a quick reference as to what I have already. But I still love the journal, regardless of some of its faults. Patti

I was playing around a bit, and the sort by date still works correctly even if you can't see the year, so you should still be able to see what you bought on the same date. It would be nicer if you could see what the year was of course, but it still sorts things in the correct order even if the year isn't visible.

Thanks, I can see that now. I will just have to keep scrolling down to what I think is the right year. Patti
