Thanks so much everyone ! It's an on-going process for sure. I can honestly say I'm not suffering for lack of good food to eat. I love this time of year with all the fresh veggie and fruit.
We're getting ready for Summer and I can't wait for shorts and tank tops, lol. We've got the pool all ready for swimming and I've got half of my yard cleaned up....the other half will be tomorrow and Friday. My Sister is having a big gastric bypass weight loss group over Saturday for a cookout. The food list looks great!! I'm sure we'll have a lot of fun!!

Margo, you and Jack are a smashing couple! I'm so proud of you! I dropped 70lbs a few years ago, and I understand how good it feels to be free off the excess baggage. It makes squatting and bending in the garden so much easier, and now I don't mind getting down on the ground to take pictures, lol. Congratulations!
