Maybe those of you with oranges already know this....I didn't. Our local garden-wise weatherman just said to juice your oranges. After freezing they'll shrivel and dry out, wasted. Says juicing them now gives really superior orange juice due to enzyme action. Of course, if you've got a lot of oranges, you're gonna have a lot of juice, but better than thinking they're totally wasted.
Juice your frozen oranges!
Mmmm, good idea, I will try that tomorrow, my Valencia tree is loaded! Maybe even freeze the extra.
