I have some, do I chill them first? Do they need a dormancy period?

My DD and I started some from fresh kumquats and had great germination from them.
I also had a few dried ones and they did just as well.

Have you tried germinating yours yet? Any luck?

They are in moist perlite, but I don't see them sprouting yet!
