WOW, what a difference from the beginning! You are doing super excellent T-Plant! Keep up the good work! You go down to what feels right for you, that you can stay, and feel good at.

I have been noticing the advertisements. It seems to be getting very popular and why not? It works! I'm living proof of that! Wish more obese people would go for it as it is such a simple and painless proceedure. Slight discomfort for two days but the medication eliminates any discomfort and weight loss the first week is at least eight to ten or more pounds. Wish you could attend one of our group meetings and see all the very happy and slim people. Some lose faster than others but we all lose weight without hunger pangs or cravings. What I used to eat in one day I do not now eat in one week! My friends can't believe their eyes when they see me?

LOL very funny. Were you a big kid, T? My DH says he started shaving at age 11 and was always by far the biggest kid in the class. I was too, and I skipped a grade! If I had been in with 5th graders my age, I would have looked like Godzilla. As it was, with 6th graders (a year older than me) I was one of the bigger kids. That feeling, of being The Big One, lasts and lasts.

I'm still impressed.

Do you wear braces on your legs, T-plant? There's something in the 2nd picture that reminds me of my friend with PPS, and she doesn't look at all like you.......

The last picture was ,of course, of my grandson. Thought I'd add a little humor. Yes Carrie I do wear a plastic brace on my right leg and do have PPS. It came on in 98' after my heart attack.

(I knew about the PPS but not about the brace - I guess it doesn't show in the other pictures you've shown us. Finally they thought of making them out of plastic!! I remember my friend buckling herself in with leather and metal.

I have been suffering with the flu and by coincidence it was the same day last year that my surgery date was postponed because of it. My doctor gave me some fantastic anti-biotics that cured me with onlt three days to my new surgery appointment. I'm getting the same meds today. Man everything hurts and nose stuffed up, muscles ache, no pep no nothing evcept I lost three pounds and down to 237 lbs. Sorry, don't feel much like talking today. Even my fingers hurt.....

Thanks Suzi. My doctor prescribed some strong anti-biotics and I seem to be feeling a little better. I want to get out there in my garden as I have some Double Pearl Tuberose that are supposed to be very beautiful and fragrant. I am lost when I can not work in my garden even if it is only to sit there and listen to music. I have a very nice set up out there with a 10x10 tent to shade me from the sun, a fan when it gets to muggy and a radio to listen to some good music, plus a cooler full of iced tea. What more can a guy ask for? Maybe I'll be able to get some fresh air and sun tomorrow?

Just came back into the house. A beautiful day and I was feeling better so I sat outside in the fresh air thumbing thru my garden catologs and sipping some coffee. Very relaxing but I did not want to overdue it so after an hour or so I came in. Feeling better today.

creadman ------- As of last week I lost over 100lbs. Have a doctor's appointment tomorrow to show results of my prior blood profile.
