Wanted - Recipe for Red Beans and Rice

I went to a Popeye's Chicken and had a side of their Red Beans and Rice. It was great! Now I want to make some at home, but before I go searching all over the place for a recipe, I thought this would be the best place to start.

I figure that REDROSE and a few others from that part of the country would have some interesting recipes for this.
