Hawks in the Garden

I've not experienced that, but my parents have. They were so disappointed and then voila! The birds returned as before!

I really don't think its Hawks though. I have loads of hawks and that never keeps the birds away. Be sure to let us know what you find out.
Does your yard have some evergreens where the birds can quickly hide when the hawks do come around?

Throw some seed around on the ground too. (not boss though)

Murmer, hope mine are back soon also! I have thrown some on the ground and will again on Saturday - yes, do have evergreens for cover and I am going to put one feeder with a baffle over there closer to the evergreens and will keep a watch this weekend. Thanks to you guys for your comments. I love Dave's Garden!
