My hats off to Kid Rock

I do not care for Kid Rock much, his language, lyrics, and politics are not something I care for, but I write a chronicle of my sea stories at my space and even though I don't care for my space either that is where my son and a number of other people I know are located. My son was also in the Navy and we have a little contest going as to who has the most and best sea stories. The boy doesn't stand a chance, none of which has to do with Kid Rock just braggin.

Yesterday as I was doing my latest install there was a link that I thought was about a trooper in Iraq, it was instead Kid Rocks official my space site and it seems he is chronicling his USO tour there. I would post it here as it is quite a tribute to those who serve there and flatly stated that people need to set their politics aside and support them. His language is not appropriate for here and I won't edit it since its not mine to edit. It would appear that he does a lot of USO shows all over the world but in his words the living conditions of the men and women in Iraq are worse than even those who live in the ghettos, his words not mine.

So with politics aside my hats off to him and to the men and women who are stuck in that God Forsaken place.
