Weeping redwood (?) in Switzerland

I saw this tree in Switzerland in Oct and I think it is a weeping redwood, Sequoiadendron giganteum 'Pendulum' as my husband said he had seen two like it in Victoria BC in August, but I am curious if we are correct. Thanks, Patti

Yes, you are correct. They are fairly common here and take on "ghostly" shapes, each one different.
