Excess lily seeds now available...

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

I have chosen and packed the lots (I call seed from each pod a lot) to send to NALS. These were all seeds I have tested for germination over the past couple of weeks. There is more left of these lots and many others that I haven't tested for germination. Just dmail me your address and will get them on their way. If we already talked earlier this year I have you down and will get them sent out. I have a limited amount of oriental seeds (not tested). Let me know if you are interested; they take more patience. Otherwise the seeds are mostly from the trumpets and asiatics I posted earlier this year.

I really want to get these OFF OF MY KITCHEN TABLE, OFF OF MY COFFEE TABLE, OFF OF MY WINE RACK and so on if you get my drift. I am tired of sitting on the floor to eat...

Lots of seeds left folks. Help me out here! These are mostly trumpet lily seeds: crosses between the yellows with pink edges; crosses between the yellows with pink edges and Tropical Isle; mixed pollen crosses of many purples (Summer Palace, Amethyst Temple; purple seedlings etc); mixes of lots that have fewer seeds. Also oriental lily seeds. Dmail me your address if you would like to try some!

I just got an envelope out to you yesterday. I've been super busy between working and the holidays. Way too many parties this weekend.

I bet if you offered them on the Seed Forum after the 1st of the year, you'll get lotz of offers.

Albany, OR(Zone 8a)

Hi Connie, any of your seeds/flowers smelly/fragrant??? If so, I would love some. I could stop by to get the seeds if you want.
Carol

Willamette Valley, OR(Zone 8a)

Hi Carol-- trumpet lilies are usually quite fragrant. You can get seeds from me or what I think is a better idea is you can take some of these seedlings from my germination tests off my hands because I was going to just throw them out otherwise. They are from the same seeds I have been giving away. I could grow them out a bit more before you take them. A head start for you! Or you can have some seeds to try and the bulblets. I'm just not going to keep all of this excess!

Western, WI(Zone 4a)

Connie, recd. your generous offer of seeds in todays mail.

Thanks again.

Fayetteville, NC(Zone 8a)

I have been growing Star Gazers for several years and have always cut them back for the winter. This year I was physically unable to do that and they have made seed pods. I've collected those and would love to start them, but have no idea of how to do so. They are flat little brown things that are almost like tissue paper. There are a lot of them, too. Do they germinate easily?
